What is FastFix AI for contractors?
FastFix AI installs AI agents for the office teams of specialty trade contractors in the San Francisco Bay Area: plumbing, HVAC, roofing and concrete. The agents draft estimates and bids, prepare permit paperwork, follow up on jobs and send invoices. Your staff review and send. You supervise.
Who already uses it
Five specialty trade contractors in the Bay Area work with FastFix AI today. About 25 of their office employees use the agents every week.
Why contractors need it
In most contractor offices, one experienced person is the bottleneck for every job. When that person is busy, bids go out late and invoices sit. With AI agents, the rest of the office team can do that work too, with review. Each office employee does the work of 5, 10 or 15 people, and the owner only supervises a few hours.
How it works
- 01
We audit your office work.
- 02
We install AI agents for every office employee, connected to your existing tools. Done in 3 days.
- 03
We train your team live.
- 04
We show you the results, with proof of every task on a manager dashboard (Doing now, To do, Done).
Then we meet monthly to improve the agents.
Not replacing anyone
Owners don't want to fire anyone. They want their time back. Staff accept the agents because they make them better at their job, not replaced.
