Yes or no. Nothing is sent, paid, or signed until you say yes.
Your bots do the work. You approve.
Works with any AI app that supports MCP
FastFix is where those bots report. You see the work, then you say yes or no.
Yes or no. Nothing is sent, paid, or signed until you say yes.
They keep going in the AI app you already use. You are not the one typing.
Done work comes with a picture of what happened, so you can check it.
Leads, follow-ups, a calendar, invoices. The same setup, whatever you run.
Five steps. Nothing here is locked. Copy what you need and paste it in.

This is the FastFix connector. No server to run. No API keys.

2
Pick the app you use. Same connector in every app.

The first time a bot uses FastFix, a window opens. Enter your mobile number and the code we text you. The bot never sees the code. US and Canada numbers can create an account at launch.

Paste this into the AI app you just connected. It asks you only yes or no.
Set up FastFix for my business. FastFix is already connected to you. Keep each message to me short, and ask me only yes/no or pick-from-a-list questions.
1. Call setup_status. Tell me in one line what is already set up.
2. Ask me which jobs to cover, as one list I can pick several from: Leads / Follow-ups / Scheduling / Invoices / Customers / Tasks.
3. For each job I pick, ask "Can I import from <the app I already use for it>? yes/no". Use only apps you can already reach. Never ask me to install or set up anything new.
4. Import what is real into FastFix with the connector:
- Leads: add_task (list "Leads")
- Follow-ups: add_task (list "Follow-ups")
- Scheduling: add_event
- Invoices: upsert_subscription (kind "invoice")
- Customers: add_task (list "Customers")
- Tasks: add_task (list "Tasks")
Real data only: skip anything you can’t check. Never send, pay, sign or delete anything.
5. Give each job its own bot page, named after the job ("Leads bot", "Follow-ups bot", ...): call setup_status with bots set to those names, then call update_tool_data for each one with the page_data it returns.
6. Make one routine per job so it works on its own, not only when I ask. Prefer an event trigger if your app has one; otherwise use the schedule:
- Leads: when a new email, form entry or message arrives from someone new; otherwise every 2 hours on workdays.
- Follow-ups: when a conversation has waited 2 days for a reply; otherwise every workday at 9 AM.
- Scheduling: when a calendar invite arrives or changes; otherwise every workday at 8 AM and 5 PM.
- Invoices: when an invoice arrives or becomes overdue; otherwise every workday at 10 AM.
- Customers: when a new customer signs up or one goes quiet for 30 days; otherwise every Monday at 9 AM.
- Tasks: when a message asks for something to be done; otherwise every workday at 8 AM.
Each run: do the job, save what changed with the tools in step 4, log the run with report_routine_run (the routine is the job name), then update_tool_data on the job’s bot page with 3 tabs: "Doing now", "To do" and "Done" (a proof link on every Done card).
Anything that needs me goes under "To do", marked "Needs your sí", as one yes/no question. If you have request_approval, ask with it instead. Never act on it until I say yes.
7. If your app can’t run routines on its own, tell me in one line and give me one sentence to paste each morning instead.
8. Call setup_status again. Reply with one line per job ("Leads: working", or what is missing), then: "Open FastFix Home and answer yes or no there."
