Terms of Service: FastFix dashboard and connector

These terms cover the FastFix dashboard at fastfix.ai/dashboard and the FastFix dashboard connector at https://fastfix.ai/dashboard/mcp (together, the "Service"), provided by FASTRACKFIX, CORP. (doing business as FastFix and fastfix.ai), a California corporation ("FastFix", "we"). They add to our general Terms & Conditions. Where the two conflict for the Service, these terms apply.

1. Accounts

• You sign in with a phone number you control and a one-time code. Keep that number secure. Anyone who can receive its codes can open your dashboard.
• Access may be limited to invited numbers, or open to numbers in supported countries. We may refuse, limit or close accounts that are used to abuse the Service, such as SMS fraud or automated sign-ups.
• You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for your business.

2. Connecting AI assistants

• You choose which AI assistants to connect, and you authorize them to read and change your dashboard using the connector's tools. Actions an assistant takes through a connection you approved count as actions on your account.
• AI assistants can make mistakes. Review what they add or change. Tools that change or remove data are labelled on the connector page, and many clients ask before using them.
• Third-party assistants are governed by their own terms. FastFix isn't responsible for their outputs or for how they handle information they read from your dashboard.
• You can disconnect an assistant at any time. See the Privacy Policy, section B6.

3. Dashboard tools and limits

• The Service can build small private "dashboard tools" from your description, using a fixed FastFix design. Each account can build 3 new tools and make 5 edits per day, within a monthly budget. A global daily limit also applies. When a limit is reached, the request is declined until the limit resets.
• Sign-in codes and sign-in attempts are rate-limited per phone number and per IP address.
• We may change these limits to keep the Service reliable and affordable. The dashboard doesn't take payments. Any fees for FastFix services are agreed with you separately.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you and your assistants put in your dashboard. You give FastFix permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to add any information about other people (for example customer names or addresses).

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, send spam, interfere with other accounts, probe or overload the Service, get around limits, reverse-engineer access controls, or store information you aren't allowed to process.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We'll try to give notice of material changes and will update the date above.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. As in our general Terms & Conditions, FastFix isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including actions taken by AI assistants you connect to it.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask for deletion at any time (Privacy Policy B6). We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service or other users.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with California law.
